The Rules of Engagement
Rule 02
20 Min Address
Leaders present their vision and what their party uniquely offers the youth of Goa. Uninterrupted, directly to the constituents.
Rule 03
10 Min Direct Q&A
Following the address, leaders face 10 minutes of direct, unfiltered questions from Gen Z youth in the audience. No pre-screening.
Permanent Archive: The entire 4.5-hour session is filmed and archived permanently on YouTube for public record.
